OMG...for those of you that did not make this event you REALLY missed a great ride.  The ride was outstanding, the weather was perfect, the food was so delicious and the socializing was fun.  Cyberhick, you get major kudos for spearheading and bringing this all together.  SteveS, there is no way to express how yummy all the smoked meats were.  Thank your angelic wife and neighbor for putting in so much work and time to help out.  Gumbo, I know you missed riding today, but your help setting up the park and helping with the food was appreciated.  Jmdaniel and Beaux43, it was great to see you guys come represent CenTex...and ChadVTX, I am impressed with the mileage you are putting in today (and it is always good to see you too, lol).  There were TONS of new faces there today from outside the VTX world.  It was great to get to meet so many new people.

Here are some pics that my son took of us while we rode into the park and were sitting around stuffing our guts and visiting.

And BTW, I think the official bike count was 47 bikes.  I can only think of about 5 "two-up" bikes, so that means we had over 50 people.

Made it home, sent Chad on his way to Dallas!  What a great time!!  Many thanks to Hick, SteveS, his neighbor, Phillip, and Gumbo for all you did in getting this together! Food was outstanding!

It was great seeing new faces, meeting members of other riding groups!

I booked 255.3 miles!  Great roads! I will post the few pics I have in the Gallery!
