When all these folks get back from playing in Galveston, we can line out a meeting time and place. I believe some of the area dealers have discount coupons, but I could not get the link to work from the website, I may check DFW Honda for some.

Last year one of the local radio stations was giving away free tickets if you sent in a picture of you and your bike, and I managed to snag four. Anybody know if anyone is doing something similar this year?

Also, last year there was free parking (first come, first served) for bikes. Is the same true this year?

I haven't heard anything on radio giveaways, click on the link above and it will tell you where the free MC parking will be.

You can find free parking for cages too, but you may have to walk a couple blocks.  They have a coat and helmet check area as well.

It is a walk, but if you are up for it, there is plenty of free parking at the garages and parking lots at Sundance Sqaure.  I worked for the Bass Family for 17 years in the security dept. and they wanted free parking for downtown patrons on weekends and after hours, so all the parking is free anywhere in the Sundance Sqaure area.

Thanks for the replies and good information, folks. My wife and I (she has a V-Star 650) are headed to the convention center Saturday afternoon after I return from a job in Waco. I'll be on my red 1800R. Hope to see some other VTX'ers there.

Well I really want to go but I have been informed that I can not attend due to a wedding . so I have to trade in my biker gear for a suit and tie. You guys have fun and ride safe.

Here's the plan.  Let's meet at Wilhoite's around 11:00 Saturday 10th.   Grab a burger and try to have KSU at 12 N and ride to the convention center.  Once at the convention center everyone can browse on their own or as a group and each person can leave whenever their ready.
