Title: Give me a few Campgrounds worth going to stay for a night or two.

Looking at going on a short camping trip.  Loading my beagle into the PUP PEN and heading out for a few nights.

Mount Nebo park in arkansas was very nice

Yeah. I like the distance for Martin Dies Jr. park.  I've never been to that one but I have been around that area and RV camped at Lake Tombigbee in the Alabama Coushatta Reservation.

I've camped at Martin Dies. It's scenic if you like the forest.

 Brazos Bend is also close. Camped there years ago. Don't forget Bastrop state park. Is highly regarded

I guess that might be a good camp site as long as your name isn't Martin...otherwise you will die there  :couch:
