Hello all Miles for Mutts riders!

Attached is the 2008 Miles for Mutt biker rally flyer and registration form. 
This year's event is scheduled for May 10th and is shaping up to be even better
than the last!  Please complete and return you registration forms with your
payment as soon as possible to assure that you receive a free t-shirt and to
help us plan for the number of participants!  Free t-shirts will be provided to
all riders registered by May 4th. 

We would also love to have your help spreading the word, so please pass on this
email to all your biker friends!  Flyers and registrations are also available at
the shelter (8535 Hwy 242, Conroe, 77385) and at the two local Harley
dealerships.

You can be proud to be a voice for the MCAS story. In the last two years, this
shelter has reduced its euthanasia rate from 90% to a 30%!  This fantastic
accomplishment was primarily achieved through increased adoptions, an increase
in foster families and dedicated staff and volunteers.  We are determined to continue this trend, but it will require treatment of the sick and injured
animals so that they can be put into the adoption program & continued efforts to
spay and neuter the animals of Montgomery County.  Friends of Montgomery County
Texas Animal Shelter (FMCTAS) is a 501(3)c non-profit dedicated to saving and
providing medical assistance to the animals at the Montgomery County Animal
Shelter.  Miles for Mutts is the primary fund-raising event for FMCTAS.  Your
participation will help and your donation is tax deductible!

For those of you that provided feedback on last year's event.. Thank You!  We
will certainly make use of your suggestions.

No rain, it was actually nice and overcast all day. Rode several new roads and had a blast. You need to hook up next Saturday and have some Chicken Fried Bacon with us.
