Following is the official schedule, hope this helps with your planning.
Thursday
• Registration from noon – 6pm
• Mamacitia’s 6:30pm
Friday
• Registration open from 9 am to 10pm
• Guided Rides
• Bike Games 5pm
Saturday
• Registration from 9am to noon
• Fun Run – out at 10am with last bike in by 4pm
• Bike Show – sign up during pre-registration, check bike between 4pm & 4:30pm
• Dinner 6pm
• Awards 6:30
• Band starts 8pm
• Giveaways throughout the evening
When arriving –
Tent Campers -- go directly to the pavilion. We will collect camping fees (all camping fees go to LBJP) when you pick-up your registration packet. Camping fee is $9 per night per tent (cash or check only).
RV’s – stop at the office. The park with check your RV in and assign your spot. You will need to pay the park directly ($20 per night - cash or check only). Once setting, come on down to the Pavilion and pick up your registration packet.
Mamacitia's -
The usual M&G to kick off the party; just as with all other M&G's, everyone is to cover their own meal and drinks.
Bike Games –
Bike games will be held in the parking lot just outside of the Pavilion. txcajun (Randy) & VtreX (Kenny) will be leading this event.
Fun Run –
RD has put together this year’s Fun Run and the winner will get to take home some Cash! . Go to the Pavilion for maps and directions. First bike out at 10am with last bike in by 4pm. Winner will be announced during Awards.
VTX Bike Show –
Bike Show will be staged at the Pavilion and is being directed by Snake (John). Be sure to sign up during registration and have your bike ready by 4pm. All bikes need to be staged no later than 4:30. Judging ends at 5:30. This year we will have a People’s Choice Award so make sure you are there to get your vote in.
Banquet Dinner / Awards / Band –
Festivities will be at the Pavilion. Since this is a public park we will be monitoring attendance; wrist bands will be checked at the door (so don’t lose yours). Main entrance will be opened at 5:30 with dinner being served around 6:00 pm.
The menu is being prepared by a local caterer. Brisket and Chicken will be served with sides as well as iced tea to wash it down. Feel free to bring your favorite adult beverage is you like something stronger.
Table and chairs come with the Pavilion so all you have to do is bring an appetite and get ready to party hardy.
Band will start about 8pm and will plan up to midnight.
