Hey Mini, my go to meetin' range through the work week is only about 120-140 miles one way, unless there's dancin' girls! That might get me "out" too!
My intention was to get the M&G's started, and ya'll run whichever way East or West needed. I'll be able to make the ones towards Rockwall no problem, but, having to be at work the next day at 6am, for another ten hour day, well, lets just say it'll take good motivation for me to turn the four hour ride there and back into a six hour ride into Dallas and back. There are locations in Dallas I would make though!! LOL
   If you know of a nice place there to go to, call it!. I'll be there.

I can't M&G on Wednesdays, but if you wanted to change to Tuesdays or Thursdays, I wouldn't mind.

I know that burger joint and yes, it is good.  I think they soak the bun in grease or something before actually making the sammich.  That's the best.

Does Mineola have cold beer? This sounds like a good place to get a greassssy buger. I'm running out of here (Itasca) Wed morning and hope to make either Austin or San A. M&G on thursday night, just hadn't figured out where they meet yet and how to get there, but do plan on making a loop back through that end of the world around the first part of the week (Monday) and coming thru New Boston and would like to meet some of y'all up there. I know most of the riders are planing the Tyler Bike Fest thing and I figured that on Sunday, maybe Saturday nite for Bugs, I'd make it, just don't know at the moment. Any body up for a Sunday afternoon buger? I know it's hard to do especially when it's Monday up to work gig, but mid'dish to late afternoon? If they ain't got cold beer then I guess TEA will have to do! Yawl tell me. I think ScootDog will be running with me Sunday, and maybe MuffMaster, don't know. Would like to meet some of the Northern riders and if yawl are out and if we don't meet in Tyler how about Mineola? Kick it around and get back brothers.

Not sure about the beer there Hooter, I've never been there. Sure on meeting wherever Sunday though. Call 903-244-1651 and leave your cell #, We'll get together . Plenty of coldbeer here in Texarkana, Arkansas that is.

Anyone interested? I contacted the restaurant, and while this is a dry county, he said they have a gameroom in the back that patrons can bring their own drinks, tables to eat dinner on...etc. Their chicken fried steaks are reputed to be excellent, and he said they also serve sirloin steaks with baked potato if you would like, just call ahead and they can be ready. They close at 8 is the only drawback. I'm going to run up there tomorrow night, and can probably get there as early as 645. Anyone else?? We can make a little ride afterwards possibly.. weather is supposed to be perfect!
