Muffmaster, scoot on over to Mineola Sunday and meet the rest of us for lunch. dfw/east texas thread. BYOB
I contacted the restaurant, and while this is a dry county, he said they have a gameroom in the back and we can  bring our own drinks. There are tables to eat dinner on...etc. Their chicken fried steaks are reputed to be excellent, and he said they also serve sirloin steaks with baked potato if you would like, just call ahead and they can be ready. They open at 11 and close at 3 on Sunday. Any of you around Texarkana that want to ride there with me, I'll be KSU out of New Boston at 9 Sunday.

Just got back home at 6pm from the Bikefest in Tyler!! Pretty good turn out!! Lots of nice bikes there. I think I have a really good chance in winning some of the Poker Run!! ;D I had to leave a little bit early to get back home to do some things with the family!! Torque stayed to see if he won the Bike contest for which I think he had a super good shot at winning!! He has ONE SWEET BIKE!! Got to talk to Raymond on the phone while there but didn't get to hook up. Maybe another time. Just want to say thanks Raymond for the post and Torque for the company, had a GREAT DAY!! 8)     P.S. Torque be sure to let us know about everything that happened after I left!! :)

Yeah I had a blast! getting lost at least 10 times on the way to Tyler bike show was the most fun part....   :D

but man... a skinny guy like you would eat twice as much as me.... . :o

Good news.. you won door prize.. it's  Safety Glasses.  ;D .. it was your band that matches the number that they drawed...at least it's better than nothing.... I've been told that someone has 5 A's  and others had flush..so I knew right then u didn't get chance to win that Grand $   :'(

I still dont know if we won the bike show.. the live auction kept on goin' till almost 8 pm
I was told that they'll present awards after the band play.. :-\ ... O'well. it's all good I had a blast tho'.. so I left before it gets dark at home.. since I have dark shield and wasn't in mood to eat bugs all the way home with shields up....I know that everyone like's our bike.....so I'm happy with it! :)... eventhought one guy with Radical chopper he was real interesed in those 1800's.. he kept saying that we left so fast!...   well Chad.. at least we showed them what Honda can do... O0

Thanks Raymond X for posting this too!. wish I could have meet ya...     ;) and ur company too Chad... O0

I was there from about 2:30 to 4:00 and didn't see anybody with TXR colors on. Met a lot of good people with the Long Riders, drank some suds, then moved on. I knew some of yawl were talkin bout going and never having met or seen ya's, guess we just passed.
