I'm sorry guys, work has kept me away for about a week and a half.

The bikefest is over off of 31 toward Kilgore.  I am going to try to get more info.

By looking at the map on the website, I can find it pretty easy.  I'll try to go over there today and see if I can actually find a place, and give better directions on Monday.

I probably have to work (they have been killing me) but might be able to meet some of you later in the day somewhere for lunch, or at the festival for the concert.

I will go by there today and find the place.

September 15-17

Bugs Henderson is the entertainment for at least 1 night.

There is a $1000 poker run.  I know that they are supposed to be illegal, but it is what it is.

I went and found the place on Saturday.  The main problem is that the road that you turn on has no street sign.  I am hoping that before the weekend, a sign is put up on the loop so that it can be found.

I am going to give you the street before it, then the next light will be FM2767 or Old Kilgore HWY.

If you are coming from the North down US 69 or 271 to Tyler:

Turn left (East) on Loop 323.
Go around the loop until you reach Commerce.  Landmark is "Jim Walter Homes" on Right.
Take a Left at the next light.  Landmark is "Ryder Truck Rentals" on Right.
About 1 Mile on Right.  Lone Star Event Center

If you are coming from the South, US 69 or 155:

Turn Right (East) on Loop 323.
Go around the loop until you reach HWY 31.  Landmark is "El Charro Mexican Food" on Left.
Take a Right at the next light.  Landmark is "Ryder Truck Rentals" on Left.
About 1 Mile on Right.  Lone Star Event Center

If you are coming from East on 31:

Turn before you arrive in Tyler on FM 2805.
When you get to FM 2767 turn Right, Lone Star Event Center is on Right.

If you need other directions, please PM or email me.  I'll be happy to give you custom directions.

Well the sign up starts at 9am and from Emory it is about an hour. So meet up at Maxi Mart in Emory at between 7:30am and 8am. You might want to PM Minicop and see if he is going for sure and ride with him to Emory!! Later,  Chad

Is everyone still going to be there around 4 or 5:00 pm?

I have to work Saturday, I could split at lunch to meet for lunch for a while, but I would have to come back.

If you guys are staying that late, I could meet some of you at the concert or something.

Let me know.

It sucks to be the one who started this whole thing and not be able to go.

Stupid work SUCKS.
