I am in need of y'all's  help. I am trying to get my wife to ride with me more so I put my trunk back on my bike & my wife rode with me on Saturday. She liked the way I have the backrest mounted but said that she would be more comfortable if I had a trunk with a wrap-around backrest. Also, she stated that the wind coming off of the windshield has her head bouncing around. Now, here's what I need help with, I would like to find a used hard trunk w/backrest and possibly a taller windshield. I know Clearview makes a taller & wider windshield but I just don't have the funds at this time to buy a brand new one. Same thing for the trunk. Can anyone help a brotha out?

Still cheaper than most of the hard trunks I've seen & I could make it work with either just the back rest or with the trunk.

I have a piece of 1×12 mounted inside the trunk. That is what the backrest is bolted to so it is just as sturdy as the backrest by itself would be.

Get some Lowers and that will help on the wind buffeting.
