Anyone down for a Sunday ride to K-Bobs?

Looks like the storms for Sunday will be in the late afternoon to evening so that gives a good window to ride out in the a.m.

Idea is to be back home by noon to avoid that nasty heat.

Meet up at Buc-ee's in Katy off of I-10 @ 8 a.m.

Kick stands up @ 8:30 sharp

Breakfast/brunch at K-Bob's. 

Departure: Feel free to leave when you feel like it and in any direction.

It's gonna be the K-bob's in Brenham but I imagine around 10 a.m.

I may ride the strom up, if I do I go straight to Brennan, that ride up i10 to bukees sucks from here . Shooting to be in brenham by 10 am???????

First day and night couldn't have been better, woke up to a ripping storm, still all is well.  :thumbup:
Sun comes up and it's hotter than a pepper sprout, headed to Hot Springs KOA to hang out with RV folks, ate their food and drank their beer, had electricity so the fan kept me comfortable for the night, still hotter than anything next morning. Headed north to the high country, and discovered Arkansas has paved all their roads pitch black, which generates heat like crazy, felt like my tires were melting on every curve. Reached  Hobbs State Park, gorgeous area, will go back when it is cooler.
Packed up the next morning, not camping anymore this summer for sure, unless it's far north.

Yeah, exactly.  I decided not to camp anymore period.  Hotels aren't that expensive.
