Newbie question

I am in process of buying a 2005 VTX 1800  R and will have it in about two weeks. I would like to find out where the groups gather and when so I can come out and meet some of you. Also, I want to be able to listen to the pipes to help me decide which ones to get. I look forward to becoming a real X'er.

Welcome to the board, im new to the VTX myself, but everyone is very friendly and open to assist with questions, and gives ya some other X riders to roll with....nationally the X crowd seems to be quite large, loyal to their bikes, and looking ahead to the next ride...

I'm just north of Frankford off Hillcrest, almost neighbors... :)

Check out the ride this coming Saturday...meeting at Maxim in McKinney at 9AM. Looks like fun...
