19th Annual Stevie Ray Vaughan Remembrance Ride & Concert

While remembering the life of Stevie Ray Vaughan, enjoy a fun-filled combination motorcycle parade and afternoon concert honoring Texas’ most beloved bluesman!

Parade starts at the World’s Largest HOOTERS in Dallas’ West End.  Hooters opens at 9am, Parade departs at 11:15am.  Concert is Noon - 6pm at Cowboys Dancehall – Arlington, TX starring Johnny Winter!  Also featuring a 3-hour “Special Tribute to Stevie” featuring Tommy Katona & Texas Flood with special guests:  Alan Haynes, Anson Funderburgh, Jimmy Wallace, Jim Suhler, Buddy Whittington, Kayla Reeves, Wes Jeans, Bruce Bowland, Christian Brooks, Thomas Katona Sr., and opening is Kouichi & Friends.

Tickets: $20 advance / $25 day of event

10/5/13 – SRV Pre-Party at Rick Fairless’ Strokers Dallas!  11am – 5pm, No Cover!

All proceeds benefit the S.R.V. Memorial Scholarship Fund established by Martha Vaughan, Stevie’s mother.

That is right up my alley!  Used to see SRV in San Marcos and Austin in the early 80s.  Texas Flood is a great cover band as well... I'm in.
