The wife and I took a nice ride today up and around Brenham lots of bluebonets and turned out to be a gorgous day.We left Alvin and it was raining so caged it and by the time we got to 290 was turning out to be a nice day.Alot of bikes out and sure wished we had been on ours but needless to say still a great little trip

We have a group going to Kerrville on the 19th. I hope the bluebonnets will still be plentiful then.

My wife and I took off to Brenham on Sunday. Went out 290 and ate at the airport and came back 105. It was great.

I think by the 19th they will be at their peak if yesterday was any indication. We went 290 took a left at Chapple Hill and then the back roads to 105 then to 390 which is a nice road. They just need to keep the bycycles off the dang road grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr road hogs lol.We went by the airport but was way to crowded and did not want to wait for an hour or so to eat but this time of year its always packed on the weekends.

I rode 105 to Brehnam Sunday, and it was great. Also rode 390 which is very scenic. You might also want to check out Rose Emporium on Hwy. 50 north off 105. Lots of flowers and stuff. Randy

We went to Glen Rose this weekend and the Bluebonnets were plentiful all the way to North Texas. Going to be a good year.

With the rain, the way it's been so far this year, they may hold on a little longer. Be great to have them out for the BBT IV.

Anybody know if there are still bluebonnets around the Brenham area now, or is it too late?

We came through there Sunday on the way home from Kerrville and they are still blooming. We saw some beautiful wild flowers all weekend long.

Yep their still going strong up here in the North Central area. Can't believe how long they've stayed this year
