Channel 13 at 10 p.m. is doing a thing tonight on illegal day laborers. On some of the blips of heard alot of it is BS. Remember these people work this way because they chose.

In the upcoming weeks the Congress and Senate will be trying to form a law. The illegals, and many of the illegals that the US was gracious enough to grant immunity to a generation ago and many of their children will be trying to intimidate the law makers into drafting something ambiguous and easily disregarded and unenforceable...as they did a couple of Mondays ago...so that they can continue to trespass our borders.

Let your congressman and any other that you have time to contact know that you are here and what you think. Let them know that the way they vote on this issue will be the only thing that matters to you the next time they run.

My personal opinion regarding amnesty.

Work visas are fine and I think could be granted to anyone that has an employer to vouch for them (this gets complicated in the construction industry where illegals are often gainfully employed by illegals), but only people that enter the country legally should be entitled to citizenship, or it's just a green light for others down the road as it has been for thirty years. Deportation is impractical, but if you're not here legally and you have no employer willing to vouch for you and you are caught breaking any law then you return home.

One paradox for me about that...If you're in the streets of the US enthusiastically waving Mexican flags and chanting Viva Mexico and what not, what could be so bad about going back there?

Decide clearly what you think and let the representatives know.

The economy won't offer work forever and when it slows down again, crime and drain on resources will be increase at a time when revenue falls off.

In 1848 the United States had that option. They waged a war against Mexico and occupied Mexico City. All the West Point grads that would be made famous later by the Civil War later, Grant, Lee, Jefferson Davis etc fought. They decided that trying to own Mexico was a bad idea then and I think that it still is. What the US kept was New Mexico,Arizona, California, Utah, Nevada. One of the overt goals of "La Reconquista" is to take it all back through the non military invasion that is going on now.

And the plan and invasion is going well;

1) trespass into the country
2) force an  amnesty
3) obtain citizenship and the right to vote
4) vote yourself a country
