Motorcycle rental in Austin?

I have a buddy from out of state who may be in Austin for business for a while coming up.  I thought maybe if he could find a bike to rent, I could ride down and we could hit the hills or something.  Is there such a beast in Austin?

The only guys that rent in Austin are the Harley shops. They are an arm and a leg. If you decide to rent one, got to Central Texas HD in Round Rock. Tell them that Alex sent you the big tall Mexican. They will take good care of you.

LOL Sounds like Lone Star rents BMWs and Kawasaki's as well.  Just adventure sport bikes, but the price isn't bad.  I can't find a rental list on the Hardley site....

When I was in California a few weeks ago, I rented a road king to ride with 2 friends through ortega canyon. cost me about $160 for the day, kinda steep I guess, but nice bike (wished I had my x though). Anyway Worth every penny of the 160 for the great ride and time with friends.  Though, If I was paying that much for one around here, I  would have to ride the sisters
