April 22-25, 2010

Event Cost: $35 per person. Pre-Registrants will receive a FREE Shirt & Rally Pin
Pre-Registration Deadline: Received by April 1, 2010

• Registrations received after 4/1/10 or those paying at the gate will pay a $35 entrants fee; Rally shirt will be available for $15 and Rally pin for $3.00.
• Everyone attending the Rally will be required to pay a registration fee regardless of number of days attending
• Attendees responsible for their own Lodging

On-site Registration opens at 2:00 pm Thursday, 9am Friday and 9am Saturday

Event Activities
Thursday: Auslander’s Group Dinner (not covered by entrance fee)
Friday: Guided & Self-guided Hill Country rides
Saturday: Self-guided Hill Country rides
   Fun Run (Designated Route with stops)
   Bike Show
   BBQ (catered by Peach Pit)
   Awards & Prizes
   DJ/Karaoke Party
Sunday: Rally officially ends

Camping Reservations:
RV Campers – 15 spots available (see RV reservations posting) – $25 / night
Campers – no hookups (reservation not required) – $10 / night
Campers to pay at rally check-in.
RVers will need to check in at the office and pay the park directly
Payment for Camping will be by Cash or Check only

So other the sleeping at the event I will not need a place to sleep. will be a long day each way but hey good warm up for when I go out to the thing in Virginia in june.

Ok this time you lead and all the good little Texas Swamp Angels will follow! As long as you make the appropriate watering hole stops so me and Hobo can check the freshness dates on a few bottles. :c :c :c

It wouldn't look to good for my chapter to show up without the president and sect/tres now would it. With summertime comming alot of people go out that way just for the weekend. There might be something going on but it is just a busy weekend town. You can always go camping!! ;D ;D

- The Gillespie County Fair & Festivals Association, Inc. is sponsoring its 14th Annual Scholarship Fest
- Approximately 70 rockets will roar off of six launch pads as students from 41 Texas high schools gather near Fredericksburg to take part in Rockets 201

So there are at least 3 other events of decent size.... :violin:

Boy ain't that a fine Howdy-do for ya. Dang 1300 riders put a little paint on the tins, black out the motor, add some chrome, and then cop an attidude that their to good to be seen or associate with us! :redcard: :ohwow: :redcard: :ohwow: :c

So, yes it is $35 if you drop in. The registration fees applies to anyone attending over 8yrs old (under eight is just the cost of the meal for Saturday night). I hope everyone understands that this is not a profit making function, it is amazing that we have been able to keep the price the same for seven years now. I hope to see everyone there this year, to at least show appreciation for the work Tom did for this to turn out to be a good time for all. :c :c :c :thumbup:
