I have a black one that I am willing to sell. It's a 03 with 14K miles. I have not set a price on it. I bought and '05 Neo and need to sell the R for upgrades on the Neo.

depending on what issues you are having with the bike, it may be more cost effective to replace the engine (if that's the issue).   I have seen some on the VTXOA with little miles, there is one on ebay with 4196 miles for $1294.95 plus $200 shipping.

I will be glad to help with any work you need to do for your bike.
