Great seeing you guys, and meeting Joey. Hats off to a guy that rides an hour to get to the meeting spot!

Good 'q too!  O0

Well, the story is that I about met my maker on Saturday, coming across the Stillhouse Hollow Lake bridge on 1670, on the way to BBQ. Some old f**k was coming at us, driving a white Dodge pickup, and not paying any attention to the road, instead staring in our direction, but at the scenery on the East side of the bridge. I was leading, and noticed that, as the bridge curved, Gramps seemed to be hugging the center line, then over the center line, then HOLY SHEET!!!! I took evasive action, swerving to the right, and thank goodness Jeremy was far enough back that I didn't veer into him. Uncle Fester saw me at the last minute, when he was half in my lane, and swerved back. If he hadn't, I would have been screwed, as there would have only been two choices:

  • Stay with the bike, and let him hit me. Very painful, probably fatal.
  • Ditch the bike, and go over the guardrail, to at least a 100 foot drop. Also not a good choice.

After all that, I thought I would give the boys a chuckle, so stood up on the pegs and mimicked pulling out and discarding all the poop that was now in my pants!  ;D  There are a lot of fools out there, boys and girls, so be careful, especially with this long holiday weekend coming up!  O0

Damn, I am so glad to hear that you didn't have to go with your two options :o.  Bet that BBQ tasted extra good on Saturday  :)
