east of austin, not alot of hilly scenic areas. there are some nice roads down around lockhart and a couple near rockdale. i haven't done alot of riding on the east side. i stick to the west side.
i would say west of 35 is the way to go. if you guys want to head this way let me know, lots of good roads here.
i'm in leander, just north of austin on 183. main intersection is 1431 and 183. BTW, 1431 is always rated in the top 10 best roads in ride texas magazine.
