Great to see everyone. Didn't hit any rain on the way home, but the spray from the wet road had me soaked from the knees down. Any ideas on how to handle this other than chaps? See ya in 2 weeks O0

I got a pair of equestrian chaps and they work great. they go over your jeans and will keep the water and wind away from you. they cover you from your kneed down.

I have these pants and they're awesome.  Their packable and breatheable, so they fold up into it's own pocket and you don't burn up in em.  It helps with cool weather pretty good too because they only let air out and not in (to a certain temperature of course).

I've had mine for 3-4 years.

I saw Swampy riding with his legs up on the turn signals a couple of times. You could try that but you might have to lose the windshield.  :o :o :D ;D

I use rain pants about $5 from Academy and Hunting Gators from Granger for about $20.

Thanks for the info. I bought rain gear from Academy when I first got the bike, but I've been holding off upgrading until I heard from the people on this board. This kind of info is one of the reasons this board is so awesome O0 Thanks again.
