Man did I ever spen 2 whole hours cleaning that salt haze off my bike. It was already leaving pitts on my aluminum. I had to really bear down with mothers in some spots, what a pain in the A&**(#$%@#^@. Any who if you havent your better soon, apparently that stuff does some damage and quick....

The reason it started doing damage so quick is because it was so damn clean.

But really I had a hell of a time cleaning it off of mine also.

::)The bike slept under the stars last night. I was so tired yesterday when I got home from galveston I peeled off a layer and fell asleep. This morning, No Salt!!! Dried it off, and it's ready for another 500 miles.

Besides a quick rinse...didn't get to mine till yesterday (sun. 11-11) spent all day repolishing alum. still have to do the jugs....I'm gona do sumpthin different before I go to the beach again...some kinda sealer, sumpthin...for now, I put a coat of wax on all alum. after polish...took me all day....well I did do the front brakes too

I gave mine a good wash with S100 then waxed it with the S100 cleaner and wax.My wheels look ok did them as well but they are going to the chrome shope here soon

No, never had any plans to go to it. I'll prolly try to make it next year though. I guess ya'll had a good time.
