I called talked to guy named chris and he said that because of all the bikers showing the rates for the 2nd and 3rd are $119 and $129 for the 4th.  he said they havent been that low for months, and that it was probably before the hotel knew about the rally?!

I figured they would finally catch on. When I first posted this I know of about 10 people who made reservation at the low rate. I knew they would figure it out after awhile
