I showed up at a campsite where 4 of my biker co-workers were staying. We were going on a morning ride to get breakfast. Two of the guys that were supposed to ride waved me on and said "We can't make this one". My boss started his bike and looked at me and said "A lot of people 'own' motorcycles".

We often rent scooters on vacations.  They're a lot of fun, for a change of pace.  Just keep in mind that those little tiny wheels don't handle pot holes very well, or the sand, or.....

I had an '06 Suzuki Burgman 650 for a couple of months... it was a sweet little scooter, and FAST.

Was not ergonomically comfy for me (6'2") without expensive mods.. .then I got the motorcycle bug.

Sold it and got the Spirit VT1100;  sweet bike but made mistake of test riding an 1800..

So now I wait... for my new 05 'N'
