There is quite a few of the X riders that ride with the patriot guard when we get the chance,I have been on a couple of them myself. I am a 30 year Vet and am very proud of what this group of  people have started, and the reason it was started.

Patriot Guard rider here as well.  A great way to pay tribute to those who protect the freedoms we all enjoy every single day.

i signed up last week, but have not gone on one yet. after your sign up, you watch the watch list to see if there is a mission in your area, if you are available, you post that you are standing by, and watch for final details.
oh, and get a flag to take with you.

I am a member also.  I went to Lowe's and bought a flag with a wooden pole, cut it into 3 pieces, and used the connectors with screw teeth on each end.  I then made a case to hold the 3 pieces and flag and it is easy to strap to the sissy bar for carrying.
