Help needed

I'm up against a hard place, and need some help.

I have a big-Cranberries hole in my backyard, and need 45 yards of dirt and a skid loader or something similar to level it out.  I have an appraiser coming on the 23rd, and need to get it done before then in the worst way.  Worst part, I'm short cash, and can't just hire it done at normal rates.

Anyone out there know a way?

There is a big Cranberries hole in my back yard, too... whenever I am sitting on my deck!  ::) :D ;D

I see where all the Cranberries holes are posting to this thread so I though I better join in.




Sorry Tapper, I don't have any connections but hopefully someone will.  Ideal would be a pool building company.  They often are looking for a place to dump their spoil.

45 Yards? wow that's a big hole, that's about 50 tons of dirt!

How much access is there to your back yard and are there powerlines around?  Don't know about the regs or what he'd have to charge but my stepdad MIGHT be able to haul the dirt with his truck - he and my mom both haul rock in those big end dump trailers. But I think he can only carry 20 tons at a time in that 37 foot trailer.

Are you sure you need THAT much dirt? What are you filling in? A swimming pool?

I can run a skid loader pretty good (Bobcat style controls) and might could help if we rented one.
