Not that Tapper needs defending but I'm pretty sure that he doesn't check his PM's everyday. I've PM'd him a couple of times and it took a few days to get a reply which I appreciated it a lot.

Tapper's reputation is obviouly good and well deserved.

Nice to know he's out there if I ever get in over my head and need more help than is available here and on VTXOA. I do hope he is able to market his DVD on VTX maintenance sometime soon.
