Well, this thread kinda died.  Is anyone leaving Friday morning?  We need a group to ride with.

Looks about 50/50 that I may be able to make it.   Bringing a bed roll this time. 

Unfortunately, cannot head out until Fri night or very early Sat morning.   

I will probably head out early Sat morning to avoid the deer with an ETA of 7:00ish.  Unless someone is up for a Dawn Run to The Bluebonnet Thunder, (DRBBIIIT) I will be solo.

There's 3 of us (bgreer, Txcajun and me) heading out Thursday morning from the Beaumont area. One toy hauler and 2 riding. Don't know what time yet, probably before nine. Plan to head up 290. If you want to join up, your more than welcome.

I think I am going to bring my cooking gear and throw together a big pot of chicken & sausage jambalaya. I know that by the time I get to Luckenbach my nerves will be shot to hell from pulling this trailer.

I can't stay Saturday night got to get back to Houston for mother's Day so can I check in on Thursday and stay Friday night leave Saturday before check-in or just check-in after midnight Thursday which would be Friday? Huh can I       without having to pay for extra day?

I haven't set a firm time - probably after traffic dies down, but I'm flexible if you've got a plan in mind.

Anyone heading out Friday afternoon?  I get off at noon and plan to pull out at 1:30 - 2:00 ish.  Don't know if I will go 290 or I-10.  Austin traffic sucks so will probably go I-10 if I am alone.

We are leaving tomorrow in the AM and was planning on taking 105 to 290 to stay off of I-10. Now you got me worried.  I havn't been through there in over a year. Is 290 through Austin still under construction? You going to take I-10 to SA and loop North?
