Ain't no thang but a chicken wang!  Been to the top of Mt. Evans...14,000 + feet, and no issues whatsoever.  Didn't even have to adjust the air/fuel screw!

The purpose of this thread, is for me to gather the information of the contributing vendors.Their name, phone #, and web address will be listed on the Events Schedule program that is given to everyone that attends the rally. This is advertising for them, in exchange for their donation. It also let's the membership know what companies are supporting the organization, and hopefully you'll direct some of your $$'s to them.
I need to have all this information by 5/14, so I can print the programs.

I have so far:

Armadillo Farm Campground
Bill Miller BBQ
Big Mikes Bike Stop
Back Door Pottery
Sisterdale Saloon
Hicks Custom Machine Works
Son of Thunder Metric Cycles
G. T. Customs
Honda Direct Line

If there's anymore, again, please post the information on this thread.

Should I donate a couple of bottles of the liquors I represent to the raffle, or should we just pass them around the fire on Friday night?

I will bring some miscellaneous T-shirts, hats, and various liquor paraphernalia too.

We don't keep a list for that.

When you register, you get a numbered wristband. The pull-off stubb with your matching number gets pulled off and put into a jar. When we draw for the give aways, we just pull a stubb out of the jar and read off the number. There must have been 25-30 winners, and we just don't worry about keeping that info.
