Can't make the Rally, but, would like to have a T-shirt and pin?
I know there's several people out there, that want to come to the rally, but, for at least 1 of Life's reasons, can't make it. Every year we've ordered additional t-shirt and pins to have available for sale at the registration area. Even though it's a significant amount, they're all gone by the end of the day. Brisk sales for several reasons. (1) Memebers liked the shirt, and wanted at least 2 of them. (2) The ladies coming with their "significant others" didn't order a shirt, liked it, so they had to have one. (3) Attendee's were asked to buy a shirt & pin to take back home for someone who was unable to attend. Well, 1 & 2 are mostly uncontrolable. But 3, we can take care of right now.
Our crack team of designer's would like to unveil this years T-shirt and Pin design.

As you can see, we've added some color graphics to the front of the T-shirt, and Keeping the full color Texas X Riders logo on the back. The shirt is a light grey. We kept the grey color this year, due to the positive feedback from the membership. Cooler color for the summer, and we all have enough black T-shirts. :) This year, the pin is round with a grey background to match the shirt.
Earl, (paperpeddlar) a Texas X Rider member, is making the shirts and pins, as he has done in the past. Most of you know the quality he produces, and is second to none. (Thanks Earl.) Due to the color graphics on the front, and the continuing rising costs of goods, the shirts have increased in price. But, after many sleepless nights, surrounded by dull pencils, and eraser dust, our accountants assure us that we can still make ends meet by offering them at the same price as previous years. O0

my anniversary is that weekend too, but i'm with her and a bunch of good friends, cold beer, and riding in the hill country, couldn't get any better then that ;D ;D ;D O0

Congrats on your daughters wedding!
My daughter originally scheduled her wedding on that weekend, but things changed and it got postponed until June so I'll get to attend after all... :)

Well looks like another deadline I've missed. Are you guys having extra's maded up for sale at the the gate?

We'll have a few, but, they go fast. Shouldn't have more than 20 xtras.

The T-shirt, and pin order has been sent to the printer. Xtra shirts and pins were ordered to sell at the rally, but, I'm still taking mail out orders. S, M, L, XL, & XXL only. Don't miss out. This is going to be a great shirt this year. O0

Only the pre-registration for the rally is over. I'm still taking orders for the Shirts and pins. They'll be shipped out the 1st of the week, after the rally. Only S, M, L, XL, & XXL are available. Just follow the instructions at this link. http://www.texasxriders.com/index.php?topic=3702.0

Guys I am really late to the game but if you have some left over shirts I would purchase a couple. Just let me know and I will get the MO in the mail.
Sorry I didn't see this earlier, just joined a few days ago and haven't had a chance to get through everything. I can't make the rally but the shirts look great!

Follow the instructions at the begining of the thread. I can't save any, but, if you you wear a Sm, Med, Lrg, XL, or XXL, send me a check, and I'll mail them out after the rally. The shirts that are not pre-sold, will be for sale at the rally.

The Tshirts and pins will be mailed out this week. There were several people pre-registered that were unable to attend. Not to worry. Marigold, Maria, and I seperated your shirts, and they will be mailed out to you.
