Toy Run December 2nd in downtown Lewisville by the courthouse. Good cause lot's of bikes there last year. Bring a toy and ride through Lewisville with 500-1000 of your close personal friends.

Cool! Maybe betwen now and then we can try to arrange a specific spot to meet. The only thing is depending on how many want to meet is havng enough area for all of the x's in one place...logistics logistics!!

Here's the quote from the City of Lewisville's site..."The eighth annual Motorcycle Toy Run will bring hundreds of bikers downtown to spread the holiday spirit by collecting toys for local charities. Participants will gather at American Eagle Harley Davidson Buell in Corrinth located at 5920 South I-35E (exit 461) at 9:00 am. The toy run will then depart at noon, ending in Old Town Lewisville on Church Street in front of City Hall. After the ride, event participants will enjoy live entertainment and distribution of the toy donations. Entrance fee is one new, unwrapped toy to be donated to local children’s charities. For more information, please call (972) 219-3560."

My wife and I (or at least me) will make every effort to be there.

The Mesquite toy run (Santa Cops?) is the same day.  I did it two years ago and it was impressive -- 1500 bikes rolling around that town fills it up.  Local residents came out to watch and wave.

I don't really have any cold weather gear yet (sold my old stuff a long time ago, big mistake!), so if it's not too cold, methinks I'll be there.
