Anybody going to the Grapevine Sonic on 11/20 at 7:00 PM?  DFW Freedom riders will be hosting their bike night, and I think my wife and I may have to go and represent the X riders.

You might want to make our meeting Thursday night (7:00PM at the Spring Creek BBQ 114 & Main) as they brought up last month the possibility of ending the bike nights due to lack of attendance and replacing it with a another dinner ride.  And to night is the last night to sign up for your free long sleve t-shirt to be handed out at the X-mass party on 12/1.

I will try to get back on to update y'all on the status if I can get to the meeting.

That's too bad, I had a nice time last time I went... but it was funny, there were a lot more non-dfw-freedom riders than club members.  LOL

I too enjoy the event but this time of year it gets rough with football and the weather. Of course it gets rough during the summer with the heat.

No more DFWFreedomriders Sonic bike nights. The club voted overwhelmingly last night to end the observance.    New weekend dinner rides will be implemented to replace the Sonic nights.

  But we X riders could meet up there if we wanted too.  I am sure the young ladies in the short shorts will still take our cash money in exchange for tater tots and limeaides.

Have fun.  My girlfriend trumped the time last night when I told her Sonic was canceled.  Maybe next month?

Kim and I are still planning on going...but we can certainly hit someplace else in Grapevine there, if you'd rather sit and eat non-fast food.  LOL

Nice ride last night.  A little cool, but nice.  There were 3 Xs and 3 Wings that showed up for the last official bike nite, and it lasted a couple of hours.  Guess we will need to find something else to do now........

Robin and I are sorry we missed it, we had a family comittment to attend but we did make the Thursday meeting,late of course, but we were able to meet some of the folks from there in the parking lot at least.
we are always looking for a ride around the area, we look forward to meeting many of you since we are here now.

Well, JustinVTX and his lovely wife and me and my wife aren't DFW Freedom riders members. LOL  But maybe we can start up some kind of Grapevine Friday VTX thing, every whatever friday of the month in Grapevine there, as there are plenty of places to eat and sit and have a nice time.
