Sgt. Eldie Glaeser, WWII veteran passed away and his family has asked that the Patriot Guard participate in his funeral services. Staging and more info on this hero is listed below.

Location: Covert Ford/Chevrolet Auto complex on the north side of Hwy 79, just east of Hutto

http://www.mapquest.com/mq/3-K0fRAustin area riders will stage at the far east portion of the parking lot of Cover Ford just past Hutto on Hwy 79 at 8:30 AM with a short briefing and KSU at 8:45. We will depart east bound on 79 through Taylor to Thrall. Establish a Flag Line at the Church and after the service; accompany the family to the cemetery in Taylor for the interment. Sgt. Glaeser served in the US Army in France, Italy and Germany as part of the 375th Artillery Battalion, Battery 'A'. He was part of the "Battle of the Bulge" and entered Hitler's private bunker. Join us to pay respect to this Bronze Star WWII Artilleryman.
