(We’ll also be using the North Texas Job Corps for overflow.)

Ride Entry: A NEW unwrapped toy, game or stuffed animal.  Cash donations always accepted.


We ride mostly through the scenic back roads of the Northeast Collin County towns of McKinney, Melissa, Blue Ridge and Princeton.

We are led through the ride by the Marines and have law enforcement escort throughout - your feet never touch the ground once we all get going.

•We will have Marines there to collect your toys.   
•The Post will be smoking brisket so plan on staying for lunch. 
•We'll have a live band.
We'll have pins, patches and t-shirts for sale; all proceeds benefit the DFW Toys

Just got word that my son's unit has a family luncheon for the soldiers' families. Apparently he is to receive some commendation so I'll be caging and have to miss the toy run...

I'm ready to go!  At the moment I'm planning on meeting Gustavo? and some of his friends at the Starbucks at 121 and Lake Forest.  If there are any riders closer to Grapevine that want to meet up before we head that way, I'm up for that too.

Sounds good to me.  Lineup starts at 9am but doesn't leave until 11:30am.  That should also give it time to warm up a bit more.  Just look for the silver VTX with a christmas tree on the back...

What a great day!  Got to meet Gustavo, VTX Chad and Tweety's Revenge.  Sorry we were not able to catch back up at the end of the run.  I owe you guys a beer.

Looking forward to the Big Texas Toy Run next (and a much shorter ride to the event for me!)  We should probably set a meeting place for after the ride is over.
