I have noticed a few more VTXes in the area. I saw a bright orange one. And a green C model. Just wondering?!? Anyone owning up?
Drew
-
yeah, no one really owns up on the orange and green ones. :stickpoke:
-
I do. Green is the fastest color still!!!! Wasn't me.
-
Oh well I thought I would ask and see if they were on the site. They were very nice lookin bikes.

I haven't run into those myself yet down here. Every time I see an X'er I point them towards the site to get them to sign up.
Btw for all the San Anto people.... if you haven't checked out Adam's Leathers inside the Eisenhaur Flea market you should. Good prices, nice selection of patches, and will sew them onto your vest on the spot using an 1890's handcranked Singer sewing machine.

I got a green bike C model, but it couldnt be me, Im too fast :bikerider:
-
I will have to find it but Honda finally admitted that their Red bikes are the fastest!!!!
-
Larry, that was true back in 2006 and 2007 but in 2008 they said that the combination of black candy cherry and black were now the fastest. But that is only because of the new technology in the paint. Something about aerodynamic enhancers and anti-friction inhibitors.
Ghost, I saw the green one in stone oak.

Got a Blue and Silver 1800T and a Black 1300R.... Thanks for asking

Owning up to having an orange bike is easy when we have time to get on the board and type! ;D Normally we're out riding and showing off. :boxing:

I have a green (uranium) VTX 1800 C. I haven't been on the boards in a long time because they didn't seem to active. Mine is a little unique because I have F model wheels on mine. And I have to say, based on my observations, green is the fastest color.

WELCOME alex8008 to the X gang!
I have had Silver, Red. and now Black.
Red is the fastest! lol
Iam sure someone with a Green machine will agree with ya! ;D
Keep an eye on the board, with cooler weather around the corner there will be rides!
-
I'm not sure which is the fastest color. I do know when you hammer down on the BLACK "X", you better hang on. LOL :c
-
Chad, You made annona post. Great job.
-

Ya Drew, I live on the SE side of SA. Near 410 and FM87. I work on the NW side though in the I-10 and De Zavala area. So my bike crosses town regularly.
