Where is the M&G tomorrow?
« on: November 17, 2009, 01:33:41 PM »

It is the West side's turn, right?  Brock, you have a spot picked out?  If not, I would suggest the new Genghis Grill on I-10 and Bunker Hill.  Or a visit back to Swampy's Cajun Shack on Grand Parkway just south of I-10.

I guess no one is answering.  Brock must be busy with baby.  I have never been to Genghis Grill before, but I should be able to make this weeks M&G, so whatever is decided is cool with me.

Genghis Grill's website is showing to be at the link below.  The site says Bunker Hill, but the link shows Campbell Rd.  I don't know where it is, so please let me know which is the correct location.

Our building has been a wreck at work since last Thursday so I haven't got on much.  I've been too busy at home to get on in the evenings for any significant amount of time.  Paul was right as well...been busy with baby stuff.  ;)

I called Genghis Grill and they told me if you are heading westbound on I-10 you would take the Bunker Hill exit.  Go thru the light, pass the gas station and Mattress Firm and they are next to the Denny's in the parking lot.

I guess calling them would have made too much sense.   :banghead:

The problem with both Google Maps and MSN/BING maps is that they still have Old Katy road.  Old Katy road is now the feeder for Katy Freeway.  Google Maps will show the correct location if you enter 9766 Old Katy Road.  MSN maps will show the correct location if you use 9766 Katy Freeway.

MSN link: http://tinyurl.com/ybhxm2n

Neither site has updated street or satellite information for this area.

I will drive by there and get the GPS coordinates before the next West side M&G.
