I keep a storm closet full of supplies. Water, freeze dried food etc. Gassed up everything today and got 12 gallons of gas in the shed for the generator.

Cypress Creek and Spring Creek are shattering records. I can't make it to the office today, but I heard that both creeks are over IH-45. We are seeing places under deep water where there has never been flooding before. Many of the police/fire/rescue people are not even able to get in to Houston to help. And looters have been reported calling for rescue and pulling guns & robbing their rescuers. They have also been knocking on doors in flooded neighborhoods asking for help and robbing the residents. Y'all be careful.
we are doing good so far. Staying dry in Katy near Ave d and Morton rd in old Katy. Many parts of old Katy are under water. I too am locked and loaded and ready to make any looter or crook a statistic. No one will prey on my home or those of my neighbors.
