For those who haven't heard, effective September first the cost of the LTC (previously known as the CHL) drops from $140 to $40.  Also, the minimum caliber requirement has been dropped.  Now, if I could just find that 2.7mm Kolibri ammo.......

The 3 grain bullets produced about 3 foot/pounds of muzzle energy, and as Frank Barnes described it in Cartridges of the World, 'it might do to dispatch a trapped mouse or eliminate an overly-aggressive cockroach'

you got a problem a with roach invasion, Jim? LOL
