For those who haven't heard, effective September first the cost of the LTC (previously known as the CHL) drops from $140 to $40. Also, the minimum caliber requirement has been dropped. Now, if I could just find that 2.7mm Kolibri ammo.......

Yes sir. Although the one next week is cancelled; the Sheriff's Office is using my classroom as a Command Center until their South County office emerges from the depths........
