OMG! Hotel Prices

The hotel I am booked at went from LaQuinta to LaCopa and I was worried about our reservations and all.  Luckily they kept the reservation at the same price which is average about $100/night.  I asked what they are charging now and they said $399/night.  Holy Bat Crap Robin!!  There is no way I would pay $1200 for 3 nights in Galveston.  Book early folks....it's the first weekend in November every year so get in and confirm before they jack the prices up.

Yep.  Same way during Sturgis.  Even the RV parks go up in price some.  Not as ridiculous as the hotels.  I'm going to go ahead and book next year to camp out.
