I am in need of a service/repair manual for the 1800C to do my rear caliper overhaul and do a valve adjustment. On Craigs List I found a 1800R/S/N service/repair manual for $25 but it says no where on if the C is the same as the other. Any one know if it is? From what I understand the C/R/S/N are the different body assemblies but are the brakes, engine compoents etc all different? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to BBT

 For the most part the bikes are the same on the inside.
Gary I found the service manual on cd for the 1800c if you want it.

  I would love to have the cd for those sleepless nights to review and learn a few things ( once we get our computer back up and running properly... using mama"s cpu) ....  I am going to go buy that book that way I have it out with the bike to see while doing the work. I've got it on a PDF down loadable format. It's pretty massive but will send it if needed.
Might check this site and might not need a download. Just retain the address and check it.

OK I just checked iit out and will let you access everything without a download to your system. It does take a few minuets to get the site completely open. Play with it and you'll see.
