OK all...
looks like Specht's will be where we meet this week...7/23 at 7:00 PM

Let's plan to have a good turn out.... at that time we can discuss and plan the next ride...., we had discussed going to Vanderpool, to the Motorcycle museum, Chockcan had a route plotted and will be getting more details together.
lets get a poll going as to who all will attend the M&G on 7/23....

Jdugie123 where are you located. We are looking for places on each side of town to meet. I saw your post on the Big Burger place. Know any good places on the south side?

well i am actually in the schertz, garden ridge area i drive to school every night i go to utsa on 1604 and I-10. I see that place everyday and i smell it and boy does it smell good makes me want to skip class and go eat but i know my girlfriend wouldn't be to happy with that. The closest place for me was the rudy's in Selma

from Selma, it is only a 20-25 mile ride... if you ride to I-10 and 1604 you can sure make this one. Look at the map and directions on the website. you can map it out if you like....
Oh,, wait a minute forgot the Hurricane may bring much rain to this area by the afternoon....
well have to play it by ear...

Joe, which way are you going to go if the weather permits. From NB we usually take 1863 across to bulverde,left on bulverde lane to Obst road turn right which runs right by Specht's. Also have to watch for deer on the road because it is not traveled very much. The only concern are a couple of low water crossings and getting across the creek. If the weather stays good I am going to try to go,but I am still recouping from the head cold. Not sure if the wife will let me ride in damp weather.

that is the route I was looking on taking when going to specht's, however on the way back to NB may go up 281 to 46 due to the possibilty of deer at night...
lets keep an eye on the weather but I do intend on going unless it is really pouring...according to the news right now it does not seem to be higher than a 30% chance for SA. so it may be clear in this area will have to monitor as the afternoon goes by....
everyone in the NB area, we can meet up at the Walgreens corner of 46 and 337 by the High school... let say at 6:15 - 6:30 pm.. gives us enough time to ride to specht's

It is raining pretty good over here.... and there is more waves of clouds on the way...
I am going to sit this one out unless we go in car to meet everyone...
If you still want to have the meet & Greet I will go in my car.... lets get a concensus on this...

I'm in Blanco, about 30 min. north of Spechts and we haven't had a drop of rain. I'm still going and will leave about 6:20 unless it's pouring here.

Not a big turn out last night, I think the weather had much to do with it, however Drewboy, Tomvtx and I did show up.. good to see you guy's... The food was good at Specth's, it is a nice place to hold some M&G from time to time and will be included into the rotation. O0 O0
We caged it there due to the weather.... looks like a good ride for me coming from NB I hope next weeks weather allows me to ride there...
Next weeks M&G will be at Specht's once again.. for all to get a chance to voice their opinion of the place...

Last night m & g was good. Maybe more can show up next time. Can't make next week, but maybe in 2 weeks.
