not a big fan of the Kwik kamp tents . tents seem kind of loose.

That one looks like it was put up wet and then left out in the weather for 10 years.

Nothing a good cleaning can't fix. I'd be more concerned with rips or tears but for the right price that is even tolerable and still fixable.

also have to worry about the tent having mildew that will cause it to rot.
