Post by: xcaliber on March 27, 2019, 01:39:28 PM: I've been looking at these things for some time. I really like the Timeout Trailer as everything is off of the ground. Weight will of course depend on how much stuff you put in them but I think they run 375-425 lbs. Not a problem to pull with the bike , the concern is getting them stopped. Some units come with trailer brakes to help with that and they also have a sleeve for adding an A/C unit. I have been camping and watched a guy put one up in some pretty stiff wind. Weathered the storm just fine.

Post by: matap on March 27, 2019, 01:43:31 PM: Yeah. these are pretty legit. I do agree the ones that are completely off the ground are far superior especially when it comes to rain and bugs. I do always hear that these things hold up really well in heavy storms.

I'd be super interested but I just carry a medium tent in the pup pen when I want to go out camping.

Would be perfect for you guys since there are so many great places for weekend camping around there. easy in - easy out.
