Can someone give us directions from 290?  I'm always following so I don't remember.  :(  It won't find it using the address on their site.

the easiest way is to take 290 to 6.  make a right on 6 and soon after make a right on 3090.  (this road has a lot of decreasing radius turns)  3090 will t with 149 make a left.  The next t is 244 make another left. yankees is just past 30.

If you get lost, Call me.  I keep mapquest on my phone.

Had a good time sorry I couldn't keep going with you guys to Borskies. Had to get home.

Well, we I saw the first exit for 6 and it showed 6 going left (south) and 1960 going right (north).  Directions said go right and I didn't know 6 was the same as 1960.  So we continued on and looked for a 6 north.  We found a SECOND 6 south later down the road.

Anyway 290 conintued into 6 north, but it was the same road.  So we went down 2920 to 249 to 149.  We took 149 all the way to 244 (passing Dave's famous landmark and Don's incident).

We got there around 2 or so and had a burger.  We just got home and showered.  Next time we'll meet up.  Even after the screw up we still had a nice ride.

Sorry I missed your call.

The Hwy 6 north I was talking about comes out of Hempstead and goes north from there.  Hwy 6 south runs from willowbrook and goes south (connects to 1960 which used to be jackrabbit rd.)  Anyway, so if your going north west on 290 towards austin.  Hit the town of hempstead and make a right.  That is Hwy 6.

Download google earth (Free Download). It's an awsome mapping program.
