Gabe,
I relocated mine and used a relocation license plate holder for a Harley from:  www.easybrackets.com     Yes, the 3 mounting holes did match.  Then I mounted two HD large bullets with a nipple extension and LED signals.  I also replaced the regular VTX turns with the small bullet VTX replacements that did fit inside my XXL (10"W x 13"H x 23"L) saddle bags that are mounted with Easybrackets.  These smaller bullets would have only fit as long as I had the bags moutned on the brackets.  So, I have 4 rear LED brake/turn lights that are over & under each other.
