OK San Antonio, (RD, SmoothX and all others), if we meet in San Marcos at 8:30 then what time and where do we meet to ride up there?  Area and time can be stated in "ish" terms.

Dan, Let's meet @ Rudy's BBQ/Selma 7:35-7:45ish. KSU @ 7:45. That'll get us into McDonald's with enough time to get a coffee, and still leave @ 8:30ish.

Jerry - Gabe (VTXDEMON) told me last night he would like to go on the ride.  He will come up with me.

ADDED ATTRACTION!!!!   By altering the route just a little, we can make the car museum in Rosanky.  Here is one example of the more than 100 fully restored antique cars: http://www.remarkablecars.com/ppads/showproduct.php/product/631.

It will only add about 20 miles to the trip, but we will need about an hour to spend at the museum.  The cost is $5 per person to get in.  It is well worth the price if you like old cars & antique gas pumps.

So let's plan on it. O0

I guess that's what you get when you are riding with Gold Wings... isn't Eli Whitney's cotton gin museum on the way? Betsy Ross' seamstress shop?  ;D :D

Kenny, We need to make this stop on the way back from the Diner.  The Museum is 12 miles South of Bastrop on HWY 304.  It is 125 miles from the Diner so we should be there around 3:00.  If we leave the museum by 4:00-4:30, everone should be home by dark.  You could continue on 304 to 21 & pick up 95 for a home run to Belton.  The Austin folks, if they want to, can run up to 21(71) & shoot on in to Austin.

There are some communities between Rosanky and Alt 90 that I would like to ride through if we have time.  Towns such as Delhi, Sandy Fork, Thompsonville, Waelder, Hickston, and Nickel.  Dave, Gabe & myself can split off from the SA guys in Seguin & head North. O0

Jeff, You have an appreciation for the Vette, so I know if you have not already see this car museum that you will enjoy it.  Just try to keep an open mind about it. ;)   It's going to be fun - trust me.
