First weekend in April is the peak of the Bluebonnet season. Last year there wasn't much evidence of that.

The wild flower season is greatly impacted by the amount of rain received during the winter months. Some years it has been out of this world, while others...bone dry.
I will be posting the dates for BBT as soon as the BOD has voted on it.
I can say this. It's usually the last weekend of April or first weekend of May. don't consider Sunday as first weekend of May.
