Put about 500 miles on this weekend. Took a trip to San angelo for the weekend with my Dad for my cousins wedding. Stopped at Hard 8 in Stephenville both on the way there and back.....Definately my favorite BBQ Place now.

Thats a great ride by the way for anyone looking for a nice scenic ride that is high speed the whole way. We took Highway 67 all the way down there and it was a great ride hardly any pot holes...few rough spots but not too bad.

Of course my dumb butt didnt put any sun screen on so Im burned like a toaty critter but it was well worth it.

I know how you feel about the sunscreen.

I did 520 miles yesterday - I ran out to Texarkana to the new Hooters to get me a passport.
I came back to the metromess and hit nine more Hooters to complete my passport.

Now I just to send it in for my free 200 wings certificate.

damn thats a long ride.....I was tired after 250...gotta build some endurance up for a 500+ in a day....man you sure must have seen some good scenary......so tell us which one had the best staff

As far as the scenery - after 3 Hooters they start looking the same

Twin Peaks in Grapevine is pretty nice too.  Also try Strokers Dallas for the beer babes outside.  Smokin!
