Hi,
I damaged my motorcycle last Saturday and I don't think it can be repaired by the time this event happens.
What is the procedure to get a refund?

First off very sorry to hear that you damaged your bike and even more so that you can't attend. If there is anything within our limits to help get your bike running before please let us know.
The order has been placed for all registrants and unfortunately we cannot provide a refund since we have to pay up front all cost. Since you won't be able to attend we can at least mail you your ordered shirt and event pin.
