The house I am staying in has an upper and a lower unit.  The lower unit is still available if anyone is interested.  This is in a great location not too close to the actual noise but close enough to walk to the Seawall festivities if you want to (0.6mi).  The lower unit has 2 rooms, one Queen and one bunk bed.  The property manager said that parking behind the house is big enough for several bikes and is shared with both upper and lower units.  Cost per couple on the upper is $351 for Thurs-Sun and that includes the $59 insurance ($1500) in case something breaks when we are there.  The link to the unit is below.
